In a California and Washington state-based study of 1,277 hospitalized COVID-19 patients:

  • Age < 80 years old: 37.4 / 100,000

  • Age > 80 years old: 61.0 / 100,000

  • Mean Duration of Hospitalization: 10.7 days (survivors), 13.7 days (non-survivors)

  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Admission: 41.9% (17.8% did not survive)
